Rockstar Vancouver, creator of the 2006 game Bully and this summer’s Max Payne 3, has been closed. As announced in July, staff were offered the opportunity to relocate in order to work at the expanding studio Rockstar Toronto. Long live Max Payne. Also, we look at yet another action role-playing game, a bland third-person shooter, the best use of a cheerleader since Joss Whedon’s Buffy, and the motion-based game that lets you cast spells like Harry.
